Return

Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 6 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

Refund:

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact our customer support team at vakiti@vakitindustries.com  to facilitate the exchange process.

Refund Processing Time:

Please allow 8-10 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The exact time it takes for the refund to reach your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellations:

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. If your order has already been processed and shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
